□ If you do not have the above-mentioned “photo ID,” please provide proof that verifies the address you registered at the time the winners were announced,
Please bring a total of at least two official documents, such as your health insurance card, certificate of residence, family register, or utility bill (one in the head of household’s name is acceptable).
